Refund Policy

At GG Massage Therapy, we strive to provide the highest quality massage services. Please review our refund policy before booking an appointment.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

 

Due to the nature of massage therapy, all completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please let us know during your appointment so we can address your concerns.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

- 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or failure to show up will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, but the full payment will still be required.

3. Early Termination of Session

 

If a client chooses to end a session early, they are still responsible for paying the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment. No partial refunds will be given.

4. Prepaid Sessions & Packages

​

- Non-Refundable: Prepaid sessions and package deals are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

- Expiration Policy: Any prepaid session must be used within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.
